There are a variety of procedures we use to elevate the eyebrows. We prefer to use the least invasive method while still providing you the best possible result. Internal brow sculpting and internal brow lifting allow us to elevate your eyebrows through our standard upper lid blepharoplasty incision. This allows us to lift your eyebrows without the need for any additional incisions if you are also having surgery on your eyelids.

Furrow Muscle Resection (Corrugator Muscle Surgery)
This is the group of muscles located in the central portion of your forehead. These are the muscles which form the frown lines between your brows. These are the muscles which are often treated with Botox etc. We are able to remove these muscles through our standard upper lid blepharoplasty incision. This creates a permanent Botox like effect, and allows the head of the eyebrow (the portion closer to your nose) to be elevated as well. In addition, this also helps relieve headaches in a large percentage of people.
Upper lid blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty surgery of the upper lid allows us to remove the excessive skin and fat which tends to accumulate over time in that area. When fully healed, the incision is nearly invisible.
Lower lid blepharoplasty: Blepharoplasty surgery of the lower eyelids allows us to remove and sculpt the fatty tissue which tends to accumulate in that area. We use a trans-conjunctival approach, which means the incision is heading inside of the lower eyelid. This approach allows us to give you a very natural and youthful result without any visible scar.
Face Lift Procedures
The midface refers to the area around the cheek and outside corner of the eyelid. Lifting this area helps to smooth out wrinkles in the lower eyelid and cheek region. It also allows us to gently elevate the outside corner of the eyelid, restoring a more youthful appearance, without changing the shape of your eye. This is typically performed through an upper eyelid blepharoplasty incision, which obviates the need for any additional incisions or scars.
We perform small incision, superficial plane facelifts. The incision is located in front of your ear, and wraps around your earlobe. This surgery helps to tighten the neckline, and the jowls. The recovery time of the surgery is fairly minimal, and is one we often do at our in-office surgical suite.
